Farther south youll find Red Fleet State Park where you can walk a 15-mile trail to 200-million-year-old dinosaur tracks. Go early in the morning or later in the afternoon as the tracks are difficult to see when the sun is directly above you. I fished Flaming Gorge a few hours in October 2018 with guide Dan Bolton.
It probably is not the best month to fish it but he still put me on a couple Lake Trout. I landed kept one big Laker about 10 pounds. I recommend the lake Dan Bolton.
Flaming Gorge is a reservoir along the northeastern corner of Utah. It is a part of the Green River that travels from Wyoming into Utah and eventually east to Colorado.
